Chicago is expecting rain and clouds over the next few days, this should make for some great sunsets. These are pictures of upper and lower rays. Enjoy.

I am sneaking in a sunset that has to be seen..
I know that I said that I would stay away from the sunsets unless it was awesome...Well it was and when you scroll down you will see what I am talking about. The Midwestern sky when filled with clouds, can change color in an instant. Enjoy.
I love this reflection. It shows the sunsetting off an office building right outside my apartment on Wacker Dr. -Chicago.
Look what happens after this. This all happens in about 10 minutes and the difference between this picture and the next is 2 minutes.
A minute later...
Merchandise Mart, Chicago and the electric sky.
A few things I wanted to mention.

Just an idea for fellow photo bloggers..
Starting Tuesday (yeah tomorrow!) I would like other bloggers to send me their photographs and I will post them on my blog and show credit for the photo and a LINK to your site. This is just a way to maximize the great pictures that are NOT being seen by surfers. I have been averaging around 40-50 hits per day and I would like to "rent my space" for FREE. This may be a great time to start something like this for full exposure. Pictures will be posted for the next week and stay on the blog.
Send all pictures for review to email@example.com
I will review and post. Pictures of hate or partial or full nudity won't be accepted and returned.
Just a few shots.....
Opening night for the World Series in Chicago
Well is is World Series opening night here in Chicago and as you can see by the pictures, there were storm clouds in the area. The attraction to this picture is the cloud just left of center. It looks like it is truly on fire. These made for some very nice colors. These pictures are in REVERSE order. Enjoy!
Just amazing colors.

I just came in from getting coffee and I saw the orange coming from the sliver of space between the blinds. I knew it was going to be good. I grabbed my camera and hit the balcony and this is what I captured in all of about 5-8 minutes.
This was awesome....
After seeing the sun go down there was no colors due to a very hazy sky. It was perfectly round
