Chicago Sunsets

Another cold and cloudy day...

So you mix in a few rain spots on the window of the apartment and I caught this sunset. This was over after the sun past the crack on the clouds. Enjoy.

A beauty...

Finally something to show here in Chicago. Please leave a comment as well...lots of visitors and not many comments. If you have suggestions, please email them to me or leave them in the comments section. Enjoy!

I like the vertical view on some of these. It was a beautiful orange sky.

On this picture, I used the saturation mode and only used it on where the sun is. I like the grey and the white of the lights of the building and the contrast that it has on the whole photograph.

Same photo, not adjusted.

I hope you enjoyed these. If I make adjustments to any of my photo's I will let you know, otherwise they are just the way that I take them. Have a good night from Chicago

Nasty Chicago Weather...

The weather isn't helping me at the moment when it comes to getting some great sunsets for my visitors. I did notice that they changed the lights on this building(on the left) and also noticed that the Sears Tower is in the fog and can't be seen. In the second picture the Sears is supposed to be in the middle. So I hope that you like the city lights and the Southern view from Wacker Dr. Enjoy!

Not prepared for the outside elements...

Funny story....With the time change...(Daylight Savings) I lost track of the sunset time. I was in and around the house today and completely unprepared. All of the pictures are taken from the 37th floor balcony or inside the apartment-today I had to go outside. Well, today I was..in well say (shorts) and wasn't prepared to go outside. I threw a pair of pants on and scurried to get the camera batteries and this is what I ended up with. The sky looked like it was on fire! Enjoy.

Clouds...

i adjusted the light in my camera and also turned the flash on and this is what I got....sweet huh?

Start the fire...wait till you see the rest...

I lowered the light here and it worked well with the blue neon light on the left.

Favorite...

I hope that you enjoyed this one as much as I have. Please rate my blog or leave a comment or two. Thanks-Chris
